After getting battered by England, Afghanistan came back to restrict India to just 224 runs. It turned out to be an intense game as Afghanistan with their heroic batting efforts took the game to the last over but Shami sealed the deal with a perfect hat-trick and fans on Twitter reacted on the same.

Brief scores: India 224/8 in 50 overs (Virat Kohli 67; Mohammad Nabi 2-33) beat Afghanistan 213/10 in 49.5 overs (Mohammad Nabi 52; Mohammad Shami 4-40) by 11 runs.
