Twitter heaps praise on Afghanistan team for giving tough time to team India
After getting battered by England, Afghanistan came back to restrict India to just 224 runs. It turned out to be an intense game as Afghanistan with their heroic batting efforts took the game to the last over but Shami sealed the deal with a perfect hat-trick and fans on Twitter reacted on the same.
Brief scores: India 224/8 in 50 overs (Virat Kohli 67; Mohammad Nabi 2-33) beat Afghanistan 213/10 in 49.5 overs (Mohammad Nabi 52; Mohammad Shami 4-40) by 11 runs.
Well played Afghanistan!
I don't think anyone thought, I certainly didn't, that Afghanistan would run this game so close. Tilted India's way but this game has made a lot of predictions look silly......

Superb efforts from Afghanistan!
Afghan fans will remember this match for long. At the end of 43 overs, the match is still open. You can't decide the winner - India or Afghanistan? well done Afganistan!! Bravo!!! #INDvAFG

Don't mad at Dhoni you idiots! #INDvAFG
Bumrah was just amazing today!
#INDvAFG Pakistani Aleem Dar denied Jasprit Bumrah an lbw on the first ball.

He slapped him with 2 wickets in the same over. Don't you dare mess with Indians 💪😎👏 #INDvAFG #AFGvIND
All blame to Dhoni!
That's what happens when Dhoni and jadhav had 20 overs of the dot balls. Onus on them for losing this match. Dhoni is absolutely finished as a batsmen. Shouldn't be playing.

Absolutely!
The bowling has come to the rescue of #TeamIndia but this is a wake up call for our team.

Our batsmen need to have better shot selection and I want to know the exact role of @vijayshankar260?
Has given away runs of his fielding and also hasn't bowled today.#INDvAFG #CWC19

Hahahaha!!
Indian bowling is more praiseworthy because they have to face Aleem Dar as umpire and Rameez Raja as commentator. #INDvAFG
