Adarsh Singh claims his fourth gold while Mehuli Ghosh tops the charts in the KSS Shooting Championship

Adding to his gold tally, Adarsh Singh from Haryana won in both the 25m Standard Pistol senior and junior category, whereas Mehuli Ghosh topped the selections in the 18th KSS Shooting Championship on Sunday. With a score of 576, Adarsh Singh secured the top of the podium for himself in the event.

Adarsh Singh has claimed a clean victory in both the senior and junior category for 25m Standard Pistol in the 18th KSS Shooting Championship. With a score of 576, Adarsh defeated Navy's Rajat Kumar Yadav who scored 572 in the senior men's category. Air force’s Shivam Shukla bagged the bronze after falling one point short.

Adarsh had earlier claimed a gold in the junior men's category in the 25m rapid pistol on Wednesday. He overcame Vijayveer Sindhu from Chandigarh who stood at 565 points and Maharashtra’s Sambhaji Zanzan Patil at 563 points.

In the women's category, Commonwealth Games medalist Mehuli Ghosh kept a score of 632.7 and topped the selections at the Dr. Karni Shooting range in Delhi. Mehuli had earlier won silver in the mixed team silver on Saturday. In the 10m Air Rifle category, she topped the selection with Karnataka's Meghana Sajjanar coming second with a score of 628 and Punjab’s Anjum Moudgil claimed the third position with a score of 627.2.
