Saurav Ghosal reaches quarterfinal of Grasshopper Cup

Indian squash ace Saurav Ghosal has reached the quarterfinal in Zurich’s major PSA tournament, namely Grasshopper Cup event. The $110,000 Gold event features seven of the world’s top squash players.

Zurich: India's top ranked player Saurav Ghosal moved into the quarterfinal of the Grasshopper Cup squash tournament, a major PSA event here on Thursday after a hard fought win over England's Declan James.

The eighth seeded Indian, who was drawn into the second round beat James 11-7, 12-10, 7-11, 11-5 to find a place in the last eight. He meets the third seed Tarek Momen of Egypt next.

The $110,000 Gold event features seven of the top players in the world.
