ISL | Mumbai City FC sign Krisztian Vadocz and Gerson Vieira

After a disappointing 2015 season, Mumbai City FC look set to reverse their fortunes in the third edition of the ISL with the signing of two new players. Krisztian Vadocz has played for the Hungarian national team, while Gerson Vieira, only 23-years old, represented Brazil in the U-17 World Cup.

A series of new additions to the Mumbai City FC team for the 3rd edition of the Indian Super League (ISL) are being witnessed. In anticipation to the steadily intensifying popularity of football in the country, team Mumbai City FC made sure all their selections were made, to enhance and reinforce the team as a whole.

To bait the same, Mumbai City FC proudly announced two more ace players to its team - Krisztian Vadocz (Hungary) and Gerson Vieira (Brazil). Both players are well-versed in their field with a fiery brand of football to their credit. Matias Defederico along with Krisztian Vadocz and Gerson Vieira is also on board to make the Mumbai City FC a robust and tough team.

Krisztian Vadocz is known for being a versatile midfielder with both defending and attacking capabilities in the middle. With over 40 appearances for the Hungarian National team to his credit, Vadocz has showcased his talent in clubs like Osasuna, Perth Glory, and FC Pune City as well.

Gerson Vieira, famous for his energetic performances with teams like Gremio, Red Bull Brazil, and Athens in the Brazilian and Uruguayan first divisions, is a well-versed fullback and center-back player. The 23-year-old has shared the field with legendary players including Neymar to gain 14 caps for the Brazil U-17 team. He also appeared in the 2009 U-17 World Cup.

I have seen them carefully, and they fit my requirements and vision for the team very well. They are great additions to the squad, and I am jubilant to have them join our efforts for a successful season 3 in the ISL.”
