ISL 2015: Beefed up Kerala Blasters to stop Delhi Dynamos' winning streak

Kerala made a promising start to their campaign with a 3-0 win over NorthEast United FC, but have hit a minor roadblock as the have failed to win the last two games.

Peter Taylor's men produced a disappointing performance in their last match against Atletico de Kolkata, which they ended up losing 2-1. Kerala lacked intensity and desire for most of the game, while Josu seems to be the only player who is providing creativity in the midfield.

Delhi, on the other hand, are heading into this fixture on the back of two fantastic wins – the last of which came against FC Pune City.

Roberto Carlos' men have produced two solid defensive performances at the back, as they bounced back well after the disappointing loss in their opening game. They now have the chance to go level on points with league leaders FC Pune City, with a win in this game.

Peter Taylor will miss two players for this fixture. Midfielder Peter Carvalho has been sidelined with an injury, while Mehtab Hussain will serve his suspension after picking up his third yellow card of the tournament in the last game.

Carlos Marchena is back with the squad, but he still lacks match fitness and might only make an appearance from the bench. Antonio German, who was also sidelined due to a hip injury, has recuperated and will be part of the bench.

The return of Cavin Lobo and Sandesh Jhingan will prove to be a big boost for the men in yellow, and both the Indian internationals are likely to make it to the starting line-up immediately.

Sehnaj Singh has returned from his national team sojourn and player-cum-manager Roberto Carlos has expressed his delight on his arrival. The former Brazilian international, who hasn't featured on the pitch since their opening game against Goa, has also stated that he is ready to step in, but only when required by his side.

Delhi have a clean bill of health at the moment, and that is reflecting in their performances.
