Despite winning the first leg of the semi-final of the Indian Super League, Atletico de Kolkata star Helder Postiga has warned his team against complacency ahead of the second leg against Mumbai. The Portuguese also praised forward Iain Hume, whose brace handed Atletico a victory in the first leg.

ATK took an early lead through Lalrindika Ralte in the 3rd minute but Mumbai struck back with two quick goals from Leo Costa and Gerson Vieira only for Iain Hume to turn the match on its head for Atletico de Kolkata with two goals before the halftime whistle.

But Postiga warned his teammates to not allow complacency to grow inside them before the second-leg of the semifinal and wanted them to approach the game like just another day at the office.

Postiga said, "We only have two days to recover. We must remember that it’s another game and another day. We have to forget the results, focus and work hard. We have to control the happiness,” reported PTI.

"We have played with passion yesterday (Saturday). Now our job is to focus on the second leg,” he added.

Postiga also had some words of praise for Hume, who despite being the highest goal scorer in ISL history struggled to find form this season but scored a brace in the first-leg of the semifinal to help his side take a lead to Mumbai.

The Portuguese World Cup star said, "Everyone knows he is a quality player. He showed yesterday again that he can make a difference. I am so happy for him."

On being asked whether he is contemplating retirement after the completion of ISL, Postiga didn’t deny the possibility.

"Maybe, I will see after winning the ISL. At the moment, I don't know. I will see after I go back home and sit with my family. I am happy with my career, having played more than 15 years of professional football with top European clubs."
