A budding talent always requires strong motivation and a drive to prove his worth after earning a spot in the IPL. India Under-19 opener Vaibhav Suryavanshi exemplified this perfectly against the UAE where he smashed a massive six that soared out of the ground, followed by a splendid half-ton.

‌The Indian team dominated the field after opting to bowl first, with Yudhajit Guha breaking the UAE's opening partnership early. Following his breakthrough, Chetan Sharma and Hardik Raj dismantled the middle order, leaving the opposition struggling. Despite their efforts, Rayan Khan stood out for UAE with a fighting 35 off 48 balls, helping them post a modest total of 137 runs. However, India’s bowlers stole the spotlight, restricting the UAE to a below-par score.

In reply, Indian openers Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Ayush Mhatre started confidently. Suryavanshi, in particular, looked aggressive and took charge. On the fourth ball of the fourth over, Ali Asgar Shums delivered a fuller ball targeting the middle stump. Suryavanshi, a southpaw, read the line perfectly and unleashed a powerful slog over deep mid-wicket. The ball soared high and cleared the stadium, landing on the road and the massive six boosted his confidence, and he scored a composed half-century. The moment caught the attention of fans on Twitter, who were left in awe of Suryavanshi’s raw power and praised his performance on social media.
