Juventus legend Gigi Buffon hopes Thiago Motta remains in charge despite their recent 4-0 loss to Atalanta. Motta position, once secure after five straight wins, is now under scrutiny. With ten days left in the season, Buffon urges patience, believing Motta deserves a chance to turn things around before any managerial decision is made.

For the remainder of the season, Juventus legend Gigi Buffon hopes the club will keep Thiago Motta as manager despite recent struggles. Juventus had enjoyed a strong run of five consecutive victories, but a crushing 4-0 defeat to Atalanta exposed their weaknesses and raised doubts about Motta’s future. The loss widened the gap between Juventus and Serie A’s top teams, increasing pressure on the manager.

Motta remains determined to turn things around, and a strong finish to the season could help secure his position for next year. However, the club’s management is evaluating his performance, recalling how Massimiliano Allegri was sacked under similar circumstances last season. If results do not improve, Motta could face the same fate.

Buffon, however, urges patience. Speaking to Calciomercato, he said, “I would wait until the end of the season”, suggesting that there are still ten days left for something positive to happen. While acknowledging Juventus' struggles, he believes Motta deserves to finish the campaign.

With only a few games remaining, Juventus supporters and management will closely watch the team's performance. Ultimately, Motta’s future depends on whether he can lead Juventus to a strong finish and regain the club’s confidence.
