After the Indian bowlers wrapped England up, Parthiv Patel led the chase with an unbeaten 67 & helped the hosts beat England by 8 wickets and take an unassailable lead of 2-0 in the series. What created a buzz on Twitter though was Shami's bouncers & Parthiv's quick-fire innings.

Brief Scores: India 417 and 104/2 (Parthiv Patel 67*; Woakes 1/16) won against England 283 and 235 all out (Joe Root 78, Haseeb Hameed 59*; Ashwin 81/3) by 8 wickets.

After ending the day 3 in a commanding position with the visitors at 78/4, the Indian spinners did not waste much time with Jadeja removing nightwatchman Gareth Batty in the second over of the day for a duck.

Although Joe Root and Haseeb Hameed delayed the inevitable with patient half-centuries, India managed to wrap up the English resistance and ensured that they had to chase only just over a hundred runs. A half-century from Parthiv Patel helped India attain the target of 103 quickly and strengthen their grip on the series.

That one 'rare' over!

Still better than Saha!

Must feel sad for him, stayed just a two overs!

Honest letter from an Indian fan!

Achhe din!

Any Indian fan!

Rock solid!

Be like Batty!

Being himself!

Hameed delaying India's victory!

Missing Dhoni?

Fans in Mohali sleeping?

Jimmy - Not this time?

A little too soon?!

Parthiv looks the same though!

Is it?

Otherwise his Mom will scold him!

What is he not capable of?

Finally he got the guts and the strength!

The zipped version!
