WATCH | Ravindra Jadeja at his witty best
Ravindra Jadeja was at his witty best at the press conference on the third day of the final Test when asked about his banter with Matthew Wade. The all-rounder, named Player of the series, said he had invited the Aussie wicketkeeper for dinner after the home team wraps up the Test on Tuesday.
Jadeja is known to be one of the most colorful personalities in the Indian side. The all-rounder was quizzed about his banter with Wade, and true to his personality, he said there was nothing much in the incident and that he had only invited the Aussie to dinner after the Test match. Jadeja's reply was met received with applause and appreciation from the journalists present.
Now that the match and the series are settled in India's favour, it'll be interesting to see if Wade accepts Jadeja's invitation.
