Along with his exploits both behind and in front of the wicket, MS Dhoni has been Virat Kohli's goto guy when it comes to DRS. During yesterday's game, the umpire looked unsure about whether Tim Southee had edged a ball, but as the latter raised his arms for a review, the official raised his finger.

With the Kiwis needing a whopping 97 runs off the last four overs, the result was just a formality and the Indian players were starting to enjoy themselves without the pressure of a result looming over their heads.

The incident in question occurred on the fourth ball of the 17th over as Southee, while playing a length delivery, appeared to have edged a Jasprit Bumrah delivery right into the hands of Dhoni. The umpire looked uncertain about the nick and appeared to be contemplating who he was going to side with.

Dhoni, after catching the ball, in one swift motion threw it into the air and on realizing the umpire hadn't raised his finger, with the grace of ballet dancer, signalled for a review. Almost as Dhoni made the T sign with his arms, the umpire raised his finger and sent the Kiwi pacer back to the dressing room.
