There's a certain magic in witnessing a victorious team arrive at their destination with a grand entrance. This was exemplified at Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, where an aircraft carrying the Indian contingent received a heartfelt water salute from the aviation authorities.

‌The city of Mumbai held its breath in anticipation as news of the Indian team's arrival from Barbados spread. The Men in Blue landed in Delhi this morning, where they were honoured by the Prime Minister. From there, they continued their journey to Mumbai, where a grand victory parade awaited them following India's World Cup triumph after 13 years.

The moment the Indian Team's Vistara flight touched down and taxied to a stop at Mumbai's airport, viral visuals flooded social media. The airport authorities marked the occasion with a dignified water cannon salute, highlighting the team's monumental achievement. Amidst heavy police security, the players slowly made their way through throngs of excited fans towards the exit, greeted by a sea of cheers. The Indian team will now proceed to Mumbai's iconic Marine Drive, setting the stage for a spectacular victory parade culminating at the Wankhede Stadium.
