Palash Muchhal Faces Complaint Filed by Smriti Mandhanas Close Friend

Palash Muchhal is back on the headlines with a controversy related to Smriti Mandhana. While they are not together anymore, one of Smriti’s friends has recently filed a case against Palash. She has put allegations of casteist remarks and non repayment of money against him.

Palash Muchhal has found himself in the middle of a controversy once again. And this time also, it is related to Smriti Mandhana, like it has been over the last few months. The duo was about to get married but unfortunately they had to call off the wedding due to some undisclosed reasons. Now, some serious allegations have been put against Palash.

One of Smriti Mandhana's closest friends has lodged an FIR against him. It is Vidnyan Prakash Mane, who has filed a complaint based on the SC/ ST Act and financial fraud. This complaint has been filed at the Sangli City Police Station, and Palash Muchhal has not reacted to the same till now. According to the complaint, Palash made some derogatory remarks on the caste of Mane.

Along with that, a financial fraud has also been mentioned in the same. It is also being said that Palash Muchhal borrowed a massive total of 25 lakh rupees from Vidnyan Prakash Mane to be invested in a project called Nazariya. But when the project remained incomplete, he failed to provide the funds back which resulted in an argument.

While the headlines related to his marriage with Smriti Mandhana being cancelled were almost done, there came a new way for Palash Muchhal to be in trouble. And this time, it is a legal trouble linked with the financial fraud and SC/ ST Act against one of the closest friends to Smriti Mandhana. It remains to be seen what happens when this case is taken to the court, and what actions will be taken against Palash Muchhal.
