Punjab Kings have suffered their fifth consecutive loss of the season. Amidst this, a fan told Arshdeep Singh to remove Punjab Kings from the IPL. The PBKS bowler replied to the fan in the most interesting way possible, as it is now getting viral.

Fans who had the most expectations from Punjab Kings at the starting of the season are now the most disappointed. The team started being undefeated in the first seven games and then went winless for the next five games. Yesterday, the team lost yet another game, this time it came against Mumbai Indians.

And following this, the fans just seem to have gotten more frustrated than ever. Arshdeep Singh allowed the fans to ask some questions via Snapchat stories and one of them caught his attention. He was asked by saying, “Please remove Punjab from the IPL, why are you insulting us, my friend.”

This shows that the fans are unhappy with the team's performances in the recent games. At this moment, the reply given by Arshdeep Singh turned out to be savage. He replied by saying, “What you’ve done for Punjab that you felt embarrassed? people who ask their family money for chips and cold drink are giving advice on whether to keep the name or not?*

Our Take

Arshdeep Singh was unhappy with the type of questions which the fans have asked him lately. It is true that Punjab Kings have not been able to do much well in the tournament lately, but the true fans hope that the team will bounce back as soon as possible and also win the IPL 2026 title. But such questions by the fans show how much they are frustrated, looking at the team's performances fall down much lower than they even expected.
