Manchester United: Pogba over the moon, Zlatan apologizes to fans

Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba showed that his magical touch while at Juventus is still intact by scoring a superb half-volley to open the scoring at the Liberty Stadium on Sunday. Elated by scoring such a delightful goal, the Frenchman said that he wants to continue scoring for the Red Devils.

"I have to see it again but I think this is one of the best goals I have scored for Manchester United," Pogba told MUTV following the 3-1 away victory over Swansea.

"But I hope to score more goals. They do not have to be beautiful, but I just want to score to help the team keep winning and to carry on like this," the 23-year old added.

Speaking about Sunday's victory, the France international said, "We gave it our best and gave everything, the first half was unbelievable. It was one of the best first-half performances so far and that's how we have to play. We have to give everything, we have to press all together and when we play together we play like that."

Despite scoring the second and third goals for United following Pogba's opener, striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic apologized to the fans after being yellow carded in the game which rules him out of the next Premier League tie against Arsenal.

Speaking to MUTV, the Swede said : "It[the yellow card] is what it is. In England, the football is hard, it's physical. I just have to accept it. I've got to be professional. I'm sorry I am suspended for the next game. I wish I wasn't as it's a game I really wanted to play in. But I have trust in my team-mates and the team and I know they can do fine also without me."

"You know what? Every time I try to play my game by being strong, and going into the tackles, or whatever it is, I get a yellow card. I don't know what the explanation was because I think I was too tired and I didn't hear him [the referee],” he rued about the referee's decision to book him for his tackle on Swansea midfielder Fer.
