Barcelona head coach Luis Enrique admitted that he "can't imagine a better game" ahead of the Manchester City-Barcelona clash in the Champions League. The game would see the return of Pep Guardiola, who suffered an embarrassing 3-0 defeat the last time he visited the Nou Camp with Bayern Munich.

"They play very attractive football. We know it will be more difficult than previous seasons," Enrique said while referring to the 3-1 aggregate win that the Catalans enjoyed over the citizens in 2015.

The Manchester club was then managed by Manuel Pellegrini and were completely outplayed by Barcelona, who went on to win the title that year.

Guardiola, who started his managerial career at the Nou Camp, won 14 trophies in four years with Barcelona before joining Bayern Munich in 2013. As far as this season is concerned, City are second in the table with four points while the Spanish Champions have a 100% winning record in the Champions League.

City had a great start to the season but the have failed to win their last three games including the an away game at Celtic. Last season City made it all the way to the semi-finals where they succumbed to Barcelona's rivals Real Madrid but Guardiola feels such runs in the competition would show progress.

"I need to know my team as quick as possible and tomorrow is a good test," Guardiola said at the pre-match press conference.

"You are important in Europe when you are there a lot of the time - that is the next target."

Claudio Bravo, who opted to make the move to City this season, is expected to start at the Nou Camp. Kevin de Bruyne, who has been instrumental in City's rise in the Premier League, has regained full fitness ahead of the clash while club captain Vincent Kompany, who made only his second appearance of the season in the Everton game, has been included in the squad.

When asked what advice he would give defenders to stop the little Argentine, Lionel Messi, Guardiola replied, "I don't know. It is so difficult to control the talent, we know that. It's a good test for us to compete at one of the best teams."
