Star to launch new channel dedicated to Indian football

Adding to its wide bouquet of sports channels in India, the Star Sports network has decided to launch Star Sports 3, a channel dedicated to Indian football. The network has tweeted a video announcing the new channel with Indian skipper Sunil Chhetri promoting it on the social media platform.

Star network already has a wide array of channels catering to the needs of the sports fans in India, with channels like Star Sports 1, Star Sports 2, Star Sports First to go along with their HD channels as well. Considering the diversity of languages spoken in India, the channels are also available in Hindi and Tamil besides English while offering commentary in Bangla, Kannada, and Marathi as well. 

Now, the Star network has decided to launch a whole new channel that will focus solely on Indian football. As per a tweet released by the Channel, via their official Twitter handle, Star Sports 3 will be launched on September 15. Sunil Chhetri was seen promoting the new channel by Star Sports on Twitter, where he mentioned that this channel is for the football enthusiasts of India.

The video features a wide range of crowd, from toddlers to adults, who are seen cheering for this new addition to the Star Sports network. With the slogan 'Apni football ka apna channel’, the channel promises tons of entertainment for football fans all across the country.
