Mohun Bagan have roped in Australian midfielder Bradden Inman as their seventh and final foreign signing ahead of the 2020-21 Indian Super League. The playmaker became the third footballer to flock to the Kolkata-based club from the A-League after Roy Krishna and David Williams did the same.

The defending champions already boast of having some of the best foreigners in the league, with the likes of Roy Krishna, David Williams bolstering their forward line, with Tiri adding solidity in the defense. But the management was on the hunt for a proper playmaker to operate beside Spaniard Javi Hernandez and they’ve finally found one. ATK Mohun Bagan have roped in Australian midfielder Bradden Inman from A-League side Brisbane Roar ahead of the new season of the Indian Super League.

Inman is a Newcastle United graduate and was also part of their pre-season squad back in 2010-11, but never made his senior debut for the club. He was loaned to Crewe Alexandra during his stay at St. James Park, after whch he permanently moved to the club in 2013, spending three seasons there. After a couple of seasons with Peterborough United and Rochdale, he played one season with Brisbane Roar, where he scored five goals and assisted six, before making a move to the ISL.

“I would like to say thank you to all the players and staff. It was a unique season – there were plenty of great moments as well as some tough ones, but we helped each other through it all and really enjoyed pulling on the orange kit every week,” said Brad Inman, after leaving Brisbane Roar.
