Neymar’s comeback to Santos has seen mixed results. He scored three goals in nine league matches, including a brace in a 3-1 win over Juventude. However, off-field controversies, injuries, and clashes with fans have overshadowed his efforts. For the Santos faithful, Neymar’s highly anticipated return in 2025 has been anything but straightforward. After a forgettable spell at Al-Hilal, where he played only seven games, Neymar rejoined his boyhood club on a five-month contract in January.
