For the ongoing summer transfer window, French striker Randal Kolo Muani is reportedly favoring a move to Juventus over Newcastle United. Newcastle, seeking to strengthen their attack after parting ways with Benjamin Sesko, have targeted the 26-year-old alongside Goncalo Ramos, Ollie Watkins, and Nicolas Jackson. Paris Saint-Germain, Muani’s current club, are demanding €60 million, structured as a €45–50 million purchase obligation plus a loan fee.

Juventus, who had Muani on loan last season, are in early talks for his return with a proposed €10 million loan and an option to buy in 2026 for €30–35 million under achievable conditions. However, the deal is on hold until Juve sells at least one player, with Fabio Miretti, Nicolo Savona, Lloyd Kelly, and Douglas Luiz potential departures. Muani impressed in his short Turin spell, netting 10 goals in 19 appearances, earning praise for his pace and finishing.

He enjoyed his time at the club and is eager to be part of their new project. At PSG, since arriving from Eintracht Frankfurt in September 2023, he struggled to meet expectations in 18 months, prompting the earlier loan. Newcastle now face a tough challenge to secure the player, given his preference for a Juventus return.
