Lewandowski’s contract included an automatic renewal clause triggered by playing 55% of the season's matches for at least 45 minutes, which he has met. Previously earning 32 million euros gross per season, Lewandowski will now accept a reduced salary of 26 million euros gross in 2026 — a 6 million euro cut.
