For the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup, Adidas has launched a star-packed promotional trailer featuring some of the biggest names from football, music, and entertainment. The campaign was released ahead of the tournament, which is scheduled to begin on 11 June 2026 and run until 19 July 2026 across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. The trailer includes football icon Lionel Messi, music star Bad Bunny, and actor Timothée Chalamet in key roles.

Other major appearances come from David Beckham, Zinedine Zidane, Trinity Rodman, and Jude Bellingham. A major talking point from the trailer is the display of iconic football jerseys, beginning with Messi’s Argentina shirt and later showing kits linked to stars such as Lamine Yamal and Bellingham. The video closes with Chalamet wearing a fictional lavender jersey numbered 26.

One fun exchange in the ad features Chalamet joking with Bad Bunny, saying he knows nothing about soccer but understands football. The trailer also showcases a street football setting with stars like Ousmane Dembélé, Pedri, and Raphinha appearing throughout.
