Parthiv followed up his show against England with a stunning century in the Ranji trophy final, while Saha also hit a double century to help Rest of India win the Irani Trophy. Who do you think should be India's wicketkeeper in the one-off test against Bangladesh starting February 9?

With the team for the one-off Test against Bangladesh set to be announced today, the Selection Committee, headed by MSK Prasad, is expected to pick both the wicketkeepers Parthiv Patel and Wriddhiman Saha in the 15-member squad.

Saha, who has been India's first choice wicketkeeper ever since MS Dhoni decided not to play Test cricket, found himself unable to complete the Test series against England when he was out with tendonitis after the second Test match. Coming into the team after 8 years, Parthiv made full use of the opportunity at hand, and played some really good innings, while opening and while batting in the middle order. To strengthen his case, he followed it up with a 90 and 143 in the Ranji Trophy final against Mumbai to help Gujarat lift their first-ever domestic first-class championship.

Chairman of selectors MSK Prasad recently clarified that even though Parthiv's recent form is too good to be ignored, Wriddhiman Saha remains India's "No. 1 keeper in Tests."

And as soon as he became fit to play again, Saha showed once again why he has been the keeper of choice for India, when he hit a double century to take Rest of India to an Irani Trophy triumph.

The Test match against Bangladesh might prove to be an important one for whoever plays because a big series against Australia is coming up right after. Parthiv Patel has shown that he can bat down the order or can even open the batting in case it is needed, but it is not easy to keep out Wriddhiman Saha, who has been consistent with the bat and was Man-of-the-Match in the second Test against New Zealand last year in October.

Who do you think should make the cut for the test match against Bangladesh?
