Harbhajan Singh has expressed his disappointment on Twitter for not considering Rohit Sharma's name for Test series against Windies starting October 4. Sharma has been in excellent form in the limited-overs cricket and his Asia Cup heroics created a thought that he might break into the team.

Despite all the praise from even the Indian head coach Ravi Shastri, Rohit was left out the Test squad to face Windies in a two-match series while Hanuma Vihari has been selected once again to bat in the middle-order. While Rohit's Test record in the past has been the reason for his exclusion, it can be argued otherwise stating he was always good at home.

The announcement coming from the selectors made many cricketer and fans tweeting the expression of disappointment. Veteran off-spinner Harbhajan Singh posted a tweet slamming the Indian selection committee for the decision.

Rohit had marked his return to Test cricket in Sri Lanka home series in December 2017 performing a steady century followed by two fifty-plus knocks that assured him a place in South Africa Test series.
