The desperation to achieve something can often frustrate an individual if the result is not achieved in due time. The longing to get rid of Travis Head vented out a similar frustration from Mohammed Siraj who indulged in an exchange of words with the southpaw after cleaning him up.

Despite losing a couple of wickets early in the morning session, Marnus Labuschagne and Travis Head’s 65 runs third-wicket partnership set up a healthy lead for the home side. While the former did depart at the cusp of Lunch, the latter continued the onslaught with the passage of time reaching to a century against one of his favourite oppositions. Head did leave the Indian pacers frustrated and that was visibly seen in Siraj’s fiery send off after cleaning him up.

After a four and a six in the 82nd over, Siraj came over the wicket and bowled a marvelous yorker on the fourth ball of the over. Head intended to clear the front leg as usual and smoke it across the line but ended up being a tad late on it. The ball scooted into the stumps after dipping and caught Head unhappy. Right after, the pacer went up to the batter, stared at him, and exchanged a few words. However, the southpaw, who’s a local boy, replied him back before trudging off the field with a massive 140 under his belt. The intense of the verbal exchange was such that the match officials had to intervene after a while and the Adelaide crowd avenged with boos whenever Siraj ran up to bowl in the next deliveries, prompting the Twitterverse into a frenzy.

A lot of fire!
