Prasidh Krishna Works on His Batting Before Indian Premier League 2026

Prasidh Krishna already has a Purple Cap to his name for his bowling brilliance in IPL 2025. And now he is willing to add another cap to his cabinet, but it is not the purple cap. Recently, in the practice sessions, Prasidh Krishna was spotted having batting practice in the nets for the upcoming IPL season.

He posted photos of his batting practice on his Instagram handle. Fans are even commenting that he could possibly be targeting the number three spot for the Gujarat Titans. With Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan opening for the team, Prasidh Krishna coming out at number three would complete a trio of the Indian Test team.

The main objective of this post was to announce his collaboration with ZS Cricket Bat Factory. Even in the comments section, Sai Sudharsan, Devdutt Padikkal, and Trent Boult took a hilarious dig. Sai Sudharsan asked Prasidh whether he wanted to open for the team or come in to bat at number three.

Prasidh Krishna finished the IPL 2025 season as one of his finest. Although the Gujarat Titans finished in the Eliminator stage, he was the leading wicket-taker of the tournament. After winning the Purple Cap, he was also called up to the Indian team, becoming a permanent part of it.
