Twitter Reacts as New Zealand Defeat South Africa to Level T20I Series
The T20I series between New Zealand and South Africa gets more intense now. New Zealand made a tremendous comeback after winning the 2nd T20I by 68 runs. The series is now leveled at 1-1, with both teams eager to win the next game.
The T20 World Cup has ended but the T20 action is not ending for the fans. The South Africa tour of New Zealand had gone through an intense second T20I, with the hosts coming out on top. South Africa had already won the first game as they eyed to win the second one and take themselves one step closer to series win.
But New Zealand had different plans. The team was batting first in this game and they went on to dominate the Proteas bowling line-up. Devon Conway scored 60 runs off 49 balls, and Clarkson played a cameo of 26 runs off 9 balls. This helped New Zealand to finish their innings at 175/6 in 20 overs.
The chase turned out to be equally challenging for the South African batsmen. They were unable to settle against the Kiwis spin attack, as George Linde turned up as the lone warrior. He scored 33 runs off 12 balls, but ultimately lost his wicket. The Proteas finished at 107 before being all out, allowing New Zealand to win the game and level the series.
Let's see how the fans on Twitter have reacted to the same.

In the first T20I, it was South Africa who dominated New Zealand's batting line-up. And a few days after the same, New Zealand seemed to have taken the revenge by dominating the Proteas batting line-up.
Struggle is Real
Both the batters are looking clueless against genuine pace #NZvsSA

When South Africa started the chase, both new batsmen were struggling against the new ball. Especially Connor Esterhuizen, who was the top scorer for the team in the first T20I.
Who can relate?
Itna Berozgar hu ki Kisi ka bhi Match dekh leta hu 🤧#NZvsSA

After the T20 World Cup, there has not been much international cricket for the Indian fans to watch. The IPL is also a few weeks away, due to which some of them are watching each and every international game.
