As the cricket fans start the countdown of the IPL 2026, the Sunrisers Hyderabad have been hit with a major news regarding their star all-rounder Jack Edwards, who has been ruled out of the tournament following an injury. Being an Australian player, the Hyderabad franchise signed him for a whopping amount of INR 3 Crore and expected him to be one of the impactful overseas players in the upcoming season.

However, with the All-Rounder being ruled out, the Sunrisers Hyderabad will be looking forward to the replacement that they might introduce for him. In the 77 T20 Matches played by Jack, he managed to score 853 runs while having an average of 16.09 and a strike rate of 121.50. Even with the ball, Jack Edwards was quite handy as he picked 52 wickets with a bowling average of 23.84 and an economy rate of 8.32.
