Guardiola doesn't have the guts to sit next to me, says Mino Raiola
Zlatan Ibrahimovic's agent Mino Raiola who has lashed out at Pep Guardiola on multiple occasions previously has once again criticized the Man City boss, branding the Catalan's philosophy as “boring”. The Italian agent was also vocal about his relationship with Real Madrid President Florentino Perez.
People who have followed Zlatan Ibrahimovic from his Barcelona days will surely relate to his indifference towards Guardiola, and no one knows it better than his agent Mino Raiola, who was instrumental in the Swede's move from Barcelona to AC Milan in the summer of 2010. Saying that Guardiola's treatment of his client at Barca needs no special mention, Raiola said, "Everyone knows what happened to Zlatan in Barcelona. I don't like him(Guardiola). I do not hate him, but I do not like him," reported Goal.com.
The super agent, who is not a big fan of Guardiola's tactics, said that the 45-year old lacks the courage to sit alongside him.
"He's a good coach but his football philosophy seems boring to me. He doesn't have the guts to sit next to me."
Raiola also described his relationship with Real Madrid president Florentino Perez to be "neither a good nor a bad relationship". It was believed that the agent's relationship with Perez was the main reason behind his another client Paul Pogba's move to Real Madrid not materializing.
Speaking about the Los Blancos' chief, Raiola said, "I don't have a bad relationship with Florentino Perez. Actually, I have no relationship with him, I never talk to him.
"I do not need to be a friend or a foe with Florentino. With him I have neither a good nor a bad relationship," he added.
