Porto has regained their winning momentum in the UEFA Europa League, as the team secured a win against Midtjylland in their previous match by 2-0. This match was being played at the iconic Estádio do Dragão, where Danny Namaso and Samu Aghehowa scored a goal respectively for the team to allow them to win.

This win helped Porto to secure their second win of the season in six games, pushing them up to the 18th spot in the rankings. Danny Namaso started things for Porto by scoring a goal with a deflected header in the first half of the game. This was followed by a goal scored by Samu Aghehowa in the 56th minute.

Adam Buksa was also able to perform well for the team, scoring in the added time. But unfortunately, his goal was not counted, being ruled out by the VAR. However, this game helped the team to secure three crucial points which will now also help them to remain in the playoff race.

On the other hand, Midtjylland also got several other chances to score goals but the team terribly missed them. One of these chances came in the 15th minute when Pepê made a poor pass, which was later blocked up by Sorensen.
