It has been reported that West Ham United is preparing a bid to sign the prolific Brazilian Forward Igor Jesus to the team. The reports say that the team is looking forward to signing him from the Botafogo side in January.

Shabab Al-Ahli of Botafogo got the transfer to the team after his impressive performance on the Saudi Pro League side, where he scored 14 goals in 19 matches. He came up as a free transfer for the team this summer and has scored 8 goals along with 3 assists in the matches he played across all tournaments.

Some reports now say that West Ham is looking forward to a £30M bid, which will help them to get Igor Jesus to their team. This will further help the team to get two capped Brazilian players to their team in the London Stadium.

East London is also looking forward to swap Lucas Paqueta to the Brazilian side. Although John Textor, the owner of Botafogo, wanted Igor to be a part of the Everton team, the bids have been unpredictable, as West Ham currently emerges as the front-runner in the race to get Igor.

West Ham is now keen to bring Igor Jesus to the role of centre forward in the January Transfer Window. Paqueta, on the other hand, faces the risk of a Lifetime ban from the Premier League due to the allegations of gambling. This could also be the reason that West Ham uses him to get Igor Jesus in their team.
