Marcus Rashford potential transfer from Manchester United is in doubt as AC Milan plans for the arrival of Manchester City Kyle Walker. Reports suggest that while Rashford has struggled to secure a regular spot in the starting lineup under new manager Ruben Amorim, Milan can only sign one non-EU player this window. Walker is reportedly the frontrunner for the move, with medical and formalities planned for this week.

The transfer of Marcus Rashford from Manchester United has been cast into uncertainty following recent medical updates. Rashford, who has been struggling to secure a spot in the matchday squad under manager Ruben Amorim, has been linked with a move to AC Milan.

However, the Serie A side's plans to sign Rashford could be delayed as they also focus on the arrival of England defender Kyle Walker. Milan is planning for Walker's transfer, with medicals and formalities set to take place between Tuesday and Wednesday.

Serie A regulations permit only two non-EU players to be signed per season, and Milan has already signed Strahinja Pavlovic and Emerson Royal. Therefore, they can only bring in one more player from outside the EU, leaving either Rashford or Walker as potential signings. Reports suggest that Walker is currently the frontrunner, which might push Rashford's move further into doubt.

Rashford's exclusion from recent United squads, including in a 3-1 loss to Brighton, has fueled speculation about his departure. Despite rumours, Manchester United's future plans for Rashford remain unclear, with his possible transfer to Milan dependent on Milan's pursuit of Walker.
