Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al Nassr booked a place in the Asian Champions League Two final after a dominant 5-1 win over Qatar’s Al Ahli SC. The final will be played against Gamba Osaka on May 16 in Riyadh. Al Nassr led the Saudi Pro League by 8 points, while Ronaldo has scored 24 league goals this season.

After the dominant semi-final display, Cristiano Ronaldo and Al Nassr FC moved one step closer to winning the AFC Champions League Two title. The Saudi club stormed into the final after crushing Qatar’s Al Ahli SC by 5-1 in a one-sided contest. Their victory booked a title clash against Japanese side Gamba Osaka, with the final scheduled for May 16 in Riyadh.

Ronaldo shared his excitement after the win, expressing pride in the team and their achievement of reaching the final. Since arriving at Al Nassr in 2022, the Portuguese star has become one of the central figures in the club’s rise, both as captain and leading scorer. Head coach Jorge Jesus praised his players after the big win, highlighting their quality, fitness, and strong mentality.

He admitted finals are unpredictable, but stressed that reaching this stage was already a major achievement. Apart from their continental campaign, Al Nassr are also dominating the Saudi Pro League table. They currently sit 8 points ahead of rivals Al Hilal SFC with 5 matches left, while carrying a 14-match winning streak. Ronaldo has scored 24 league goals this season and is now just 31 goals away from the 1000 career goal milestone.
