Former English players Michael Vaughan, Marcus North, and Graeme Swann have selected their best ODI XIs from the current crop of players based on their performances in the recent months. While Virat Kohli has featured in all of the 3 lineups, R Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja were popular picks as well.

Michael Vaughan, Marcus North, and Graeme Swann were asked to pick their respective ODI XI on the set of BT Sports. Interestingly, David Warner, Quinton de Kock, Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers, Ben Stokes, and Mitchell Starc featured in all the three lineups. While Vaughan and North opted for the Indian spin duo R Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja, Swann elected Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib-Al-Hasan and Sunil Narine.

Michael Vaughan’s XI: David Warner, Quinton de Kock, Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers, Joe Root, Jos Buttler, Ben Stokes, Ravi Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja, Kagiso Rabada, Mitchell Starc

Marcus North’s XI: David Warner, Quinton de Kock, Virat Kohli, AB de Villiers, Rohit Sharma, Steve Smith, Ben Stokes, Ravi Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja, Kagiso Rabada, Mitchell Starc

Graeme Swann’s XI: David Warner, Quinton de Kock, AB de Villiers, Virat Kohli, Steve Smith, Ben Stokes, Shakib-Al-Hasan, Glenn Maxwell, James Faulkner, Sunil Narine, Mitchell Starc
