Case filed against fan for breaching security to take selfie with Virat Kohli

A case was filed against a Virat Kohli fan, who hails from Kadapa in Andhra Pradesh, for breaching the security cordon during Day 1 of the second Test between India and Windies in Hyderabad. Ealier, during the first Test in Rajkot, a similar incident took place with Kohli being asked for a selfie.

19-year-old Mohammad Khan a.k.a. Kohli fan was slapped with an FIR for trespassing who also breached security cordon to get close with Virat Kohli when he was at mid-wicket on field during the innings stated Police inspector P Venkateswarlu. 

The incident occurred with an hour played into the morning session when he climbed the barricade and sprinted around 70 metres towards Kohli before engaging in a tight hug and was also trying to take a selfie with the captain. 

Kohli was seen trying to avoid his hug when the security personnel whisked him away from a man. 

Earlier in the first Test match in Rajkot last week, two men were caught reaching to Kohli for a selfie while he was batting on the pitch. He was surrounded by two pitch invaders trying to take selfies. 

The Windies finally showed some fight in the series as Chase scored a magnificent unbeaten 98 as the Windies closed the at 295/7.
