Some people create their style of shots and it's a treat when another player replicates the same. Mimicking Dhoni's trademark move, Rahul unleashed a breathtaking helicopter shot off Nuwan Thushara delighting spectators as the ball soared to the boundary for a splendid four at Ekana.

‌Lucknow Super Giants had a rocky start when Nuwan Thushara dismissed Arshin Kulkarni in the first over. However, KL Rahul found a solid partner in Marcus Stoinis, and together they steadied the innings with a 45-run partnership, taking the score to 26/1 in four overs. The highlight came when Lucknow's skipper unleashed a flurry of boundaries including an exquisite helicopter shot adding 20 runs to the scoreboard in the fifth over.

On the last ball of the fifth over,  the Sri Lankan pacer delivered a full-length delivery targeting the middle and leg stump. With precision, the Indian batsman assessed the line, strategically moving his left leg aside and engaging his bottom hand. Displaying impeccable timing and finesse, Rahul elegantly flicked the white rock over mid-on with a distinctive helicopter-like motion, resulting in a boundary that added to Lucknow's tally.
