B Sai Sudharsan is set to make his mark with Surrey in the County Championship. The talented southpaw previously appeared in Surrey's Championship match against Essex in June, played in two additional matches for Surrey in September 2023, and will now contribute to Surrey for two games.

‌The 22-time champions visited their official website and announced Sudharshan’s inclusion in the squad. Surrey Cricket also took to their official Twitter handle and confirmed that Sudharshan will be available for Surrey’s next two championship games.

Surrey currently sits atop the Division One standings and is aiming for its third consecutive County Championship title. Sudharsan will be in action for Surrey in the upcoming match against Lancashire, starting Thursday, before heading to Trent Bridge next week to take on Nottinghamshire.

After his brief stint with Surrey, the Tamil Nadu batter will return to India to compete in the Duleep Trophy, which kicks off on September 5 in Bengaluru and Anantapur.

The 22-year-old made his ODI debut for India earlier this year against South Africa, where he impressed with two half-centuries in his three innings.
