The grandest sporting spectacle in the world is set to start in just over a week, but Kevin Sinclair decided to give the world an early glimpse of the action with his trademark celebration. The spinner put on a fine display of agility after scalping the wicket of Harry Brook at Trent Bridge.

A Bazballian 59-ball 71 from Ben Duckett in the opening session of the second Test on a batting paradise in Nottingham followed by an Ollie Pope century set the stage for England to be cruising along at 259/4 at Tea on Day 1. However, the Trent Bridge crowd would have expected more from their star-studded batting line-up given the way England had managed to seize the momentum for large parts of the day but two tame wickets in the session after Lunch set them back considerably. While Joe Root walked off after playing a half-hearted pull, Harry Brook was caught at short-leg albeit his dismissal did lead to a brief entertaining display by Kevin Sinclair.

In the 42nd over, Brook had pre-meditated a paddle-sweep down leg side given the field set-up in place. However, the young off-spinner read the batter's movements in time to alter his length just enough to catch the toe-end of Brook's bat. The Duke's ball consequently ballooned in the air and Kirk McKenzie held on to a simple catch, sending Sinclair into jubilation. The 24-year-old pulled out his signature double summersault in celebration, extending his hands initially for a full-blooded 360 before doubling down without any support in a marvellous display of athleticism.

Twitterati was unsurprisingly enthralled by the proceedings and took it as a teaser for the upcoming Summer Olympics in Paris.
