The clash between Asitha Fernando and Yashasvi Jaiswal has been a hot topic for cricket fans since yesterday. Cricbuzz also posted a video of the famous Indian commentator, Harsha Bhogle, where he talked about the incident in detail and even gave his own views on the same.

Just like the majority of the senior stars and commentators, he also said that Jaiswal was being a lot aggressive at the moment which kind of made things worse. However, Instagram even suggested this reel to Yashasvi Jaiswal himself, who couldn't calm himself down after having a look at Bhogle take a dig at the controversy.

On the same reel, Yashasvi Jaiswal decided to comment, to answer back those who have been questioning him for his own actions. He commented, “If you don’t know what he said then please don’t make your judgment if anyone cross the line we need to let them know this India will fight and reply.”

Our Take

Yashasvi Jaiswal confirmed that it was the Sri Lankan players, including Asitha Fernando, who crossed the line first. This can also be seen by the fans in the footage, as Jaiswal was walking away when he got dismissed. But he returned as if he had heard what was being said about him by the Sri Lankan player, Asitha Fernando. Harsha Bhogle is now receiving some backlash for not sidelining with a star of his own country, and taking a dig at the matter without hearing both sides.
