The Virat Kohli podcast which is released on the official page of Royal Challengers Bengaluru has attracted a lot of attention. In the video, King Kohli also talked about an incident involving Champak. It was during the match against LSG, where he was talking to Kane Williamson.
Virat Kohli has talked about a number of things in a recent podcast which was released on the official handle of Royal Challengers Bengaluru. From winning the 2025 IPL to even his dreams for the 2027 World Cup, he talked about all of them. But in the podcast, he also raised a serious concern which the IPL players have faced lately.
And it is related to the Robotic dog, Champak. It features a camera which even records players having conversations with each other. To this, Virat Kohli even thought that it has been invading the players' privacy for a time. He remembered the incident when he was having a chat with Kane Williamson when RCB and LSG went against each other.
“The other day I was talking to Kane Williamson, then suddenly Champak appeared. I told the other guy to take it away, I can’t even have a conversation with Kane. It’ll make headlines ‘Kane mama with King Kohli’ and what not, I mean I know him since U19 days. Sometimes it’s too much.”

Our Take
Since the issue has been raised by Virat Kohli, it has taken over the internet. A few days back we even saw Champak having a hilarious moment with Travis Head, as Head received a jumpscare being unaware that Champak is following him. It remains to be seen whether the BCCI or IPL management will be taking some actions regarding the same or not.
