Before the BCCI announced India's team against Afghanistan, the team for the series against Sri Lanka A was announced. And this was India A team, which even featured the name of Harsh Dubey. Later when the BCCI announced India's senior team, Harsh Dubey found his name in both Test and ODI series.

This has now left his place open in the India A team on their tour of c Lanka. The BCCI has now made an announcement on the player who has replaced Harsh Dubey. And it is none other than Anukul Roy. The KKR spinner has given some brilliant performances, as he now gets a call-up for the A team.

Anukul Roy has played all games for Kolkata Knight Riders in this season. With his brilliant performances, the selectors were able to notice his potential for the series against Sri Lanka A. Since he also brings domestic experience of all three formats, it remains to be seen how he performs for the India A team.

Harsh Dubey got his domestic performances noticed, which eventually helped him to get a call-up for the Indian team.
