Inter Milan proposed a loan deal for Arturo Vidal, but Barcelona are only willing to let the Chilean international go permanently. The Nerazzurri are keen on the 32-year-old midfielder, someone who was an important piece for Ernesto Valverde's side last season with 53 appearances for the club.

Multiple Italian and Chilean reports cited by the Spanish journal Mundo Deportivo have reported that Barcelona have rejected Inter Milan's loan offer for Arturo Vidal. Under Antonio Conte's new management, the San Siro giants continue renovating their team and Vidal is seen as a key piece for Inter's new manager, with the Chilean playing under Conte at Juventus.

However, the Blaugrana are only willing to let the 32-year-old go permanently, not accepting a loan deal or a loan with an option to buy at the end of the season. Vidal arrived at Barcelona last season, with the Blaugrana paying Bayern Munich close to €20 million, and immediately became an important player for Ernesto Valverde.

Across all competitions, Arturo Vidal made 53 appearances in his debut season for the club, winning the La Liga title. But according to the same source, Barcelona are willing to let of the former Juventus midfielder go for €13 million, as the club is looking to offload some players in order to finance a move for Brazilian superstar Neymar.
