Barcelona centre-half Gerard Pique has said he would like to see former teammate Neymar back at Camp Nou, as the 27-year-old continues to be linked to the Blaugrana. The Brazilian superstar wants to leave PSG and Barcelona have emerged as one of the clubs trying to land Neymar again.

Gerard Pique has expressed his desire to see Neymar back in Barcelona, and besides the difficulties to reach a deal with Paris Saint-Germain, the Blaugrana's centre-back remains confident that the Brazilian will play alongside him this season.

"Of course we'd like him to come back, but it's something we can't control. We'll leave it in the hands of those who decide and from there we'll see in a few days," Pique said, reported Goal.

Barcelona keeps his pursuit for Neymar and the possible return of the 27-year-old to Camp Nou continues to flood all sports media. The Spanish giants are not alone in the race as Real Madrid emerged as a possible destination for Neymar, but the Blaugrana remain confident that Neymar will make a comeback to Barcelona.

The Blaugrana offered €160 million to get the 27-year-old, paid in three installments, but Paris Saint-Germain asks €100 million plus the inclusion of Nelson Semedo in the deal. Barcelona are not willing to include players in a deal for Neymar but remain optimistic that a deal could be reached in the upcoming days.
