Frank Lampard says that Liverpool has managed to play the game without their forward, Mohamed Salah, after the 4-0 win against Bayer Leverkusen. Salah is reportedly talking with interested clubs for the upcoming season.

Frank Lampard has put forward some theories related to the current situation between Mohamed Salah and Liverpool. He believes that the team can now manage themselves even without Salah in the tournament matches, which also puts up some questions to his future as a forward.

Mohamed Salah has been a player for the Reds ever since he marked his return to the Premier League in 2017, and has been remarkable since then. However, there are approximately 12 months for his current deal to come to an end, with no clarity on whether he'll continue with the team in the upcoming season or not.

It has also been reported that Salah is in talks with other interested clubs as well for the January Transfer Window, due to which it can be said that he's looking forward to changing teams. After Liverpool secured a dominant win over Bayer Leverkusen, winning by 4-0, Frank Lampard said that the team can now not only play but also win games without Salah.

In a post match interview, Frank Lampard said,“This is not a problem for tonight, but if they're going to lose Mohamed Salah, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Virgil van Dijk, that is a possible derail to this Liverpool machine, there's no doubt about that. They have to look at it and think about the big picture. For me, you would always try to keep Salah. But when you have other players now developing alongside that, then you can see a future, possibly, if you don't have him.”
