Harry Kane's Performances Questioned by Ex-Arsenal Player Despite Goal Streak

Former Arsenal player, Lukas Podolski questions the form of Harry Kane, saying that he has not always been outstanding in the current season. Kane has scored 20 goals in the current season, of which 14 goals came in the Bundesliga.

Ever since Harry Kane joined Bayern Munich from Tottenham, he has been able to score goals consistently for the team. In the 64 appearances he made, he has also been able to score 64 goals across all the competitions, which shows his impressive performances in the game lately.

In this season, Harry Kane has been able to score 20 goals and 14 of them came in the Bundesliga. Lukas Podolski, who is a former Arsenal player, talked about the goal scoring abilities of Harry Kane, saying that it is not great when being compared with the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

It is expected that Kane will be lifting up the Bundesliga trophy in the current season, as Bayern Munich is among the table toppers. He talked about the performances shown by him in the Bundesliga games in the front, but they have not always been outstanding.

Podolski said,“I think not only this season but last season he scored like 40 goals, so don't always give such a high target to players. We are used to having Ronaldo and Messi, who scored like 70, 80 goals per season, so now if you score 30 or 40 it's not enough anymore.”
