It was yet another good start to the Indian innings thanks to Rahul and the DRS. But the real performers of the day were Pujara and Rahane as each scored a century to help India end the day with 344 on the scoreboard. Twitterati showered praises on both Pujara and Rahane for their brilliant show.

Optimistic thoughts for the Sri Lankan fans ahead of the 2nd Test. That logic though! :P

 Dhawan again started off aggressively!

DRS was the saviour and the villain today when everything was going well for India!

Even after Dhawan's wicket, Rahul kept on going! What a comeback by this man!

But then this happened!

Every damn time! :(

How unlucky is Rahul?

Pujara did make up for that run-out!

The picture says it all :)

A day to remember indeed! :P

T20 has definitely influenced Test cricket! :O

That sync! :O

Rahane also joined the party
