There were some moments in the game of cricket which left the viewers in an unusual moment and one of them came during the 4th Test of Ashes. Nathan Lyon took a stunning catch off Mark Stoneman with one hand while bowling and that left the fans awestruck and they went berserk on Twitter.

Lyon seemed to be an expert in surprising people lately with his terrific presence of mind and athletic stunts while picking catches. Earlier he made headlines for all the right reasons during the Adelaide Test as he managed to take a catch off Ali despite being afforded just 0.865 seconds of reaction time. In the ongoing Melbourne Test, Australia batted first and scored 327 runs and England, who had already lost the series 3-0, were trying to forge a partnership but Lyon had some other plans in his mind. He not only claimed the early wicket but also sent Stoneman packing in style.

The incident occurred in the 12th over of England’s first innings when Alastair Cook and Stoneman were on the crease with the scorecard reading 35. Lyon delivered the third ball of the over to Stoneman from around the wicket to unsettle him, and it found the lower part of the batsman’s willow. The contact gave the ball little bounce and it moved towards the bowler and Lyon had to react very quickly to grab that one. And he successfully managed to get hold of that as well by stretching his right arm to produce the spectacular one-handed return catch.

After this stunning catch, the Twitter just exploded.

And he does it again in the Ashes!

Definitely it was LIT!

This guy's timing was far better than the English batsmen in the Ashes 2017/18!

The catch wasn't the only thing that was enjoyable!
