When it comes to being classy not many players in the sport of cricket can match the charm of Chennai Super Kings skipper MS Dhoni who has been termed as ‘Captain Cool’ for obvious reasons. Dhoni produced a captain’s knock as he walked the last run to lead his team to victory against Kohli & Co.

When times are hard you need someone reliable to step up and take charge in order to get things back on track. After a strong start to this edition of the IPL, Chennai Super Kings found themselves to be lacking a bit of firepower in their few outings in the tournament. As they went up against the struggling Royal Challengers Bangalore at the MCA stadium in Pune, they would have looked to get back to winning ways. They started off with an impressive performance with the ball, especially the likes of Harbhajan Singh and Ravindra Jadeja who picked up crucial wickets to restrict RCB to just 127.

As CSK stepped up to chase, they got off to a good start with openers Ambati Rayudu and Shane Watson looking promising. But after losing a couple of wickets in quick succession, Dhoni and boys found themselves in a bit of a tough spot. But with Bravo and Dhoni on the crease, no total could be big enough. Dhoni turned back the clock with another nice finish as he smashed 31 off 23 balls with three sixes to lead the boys in yellow to a deserved win. But the defining moment was towards the end was when Dhoni literally walked down the pitch as cool as ever as he oozed confidence to complete the winning run.
