This is the second time in the World Cup that a batsman has been dismissed in the very first ball of the match. First, it was Martin Guptill who was dismissed by Sheldon Cottrell and today, Kagiso Rabada picked the wicket of Dimuth Karunaratne in the first ball of the match.

Misses everything!

It is always frustrating as a bowler when the ball goes for a boundary when you could’ve actually gotten a wicket. Today, Kagiso Rabada was the unlucky bowler as the ball missed the edge, missed the stumps and even Quinton De Kock failed to collect the delivery. It ended up racing off to the boundary! I feel for you Rabada!

After Faf Du Plessis missed a run-out chance he just fell on the ground flat out of frustration. Imran Tahir came and hugged him to make him feel better. Tahir, what a guy! 

Bee invasion! 

Matches have been stopped due to play, some have been stopped due to bad light. But today we saw that the game was stopped because of a bee invasion! The funny part is Chris Morris was doing push-ups during the invasion! What a guy!

It ain’t a 4 until it reaches the ropes! 

After sending the ball over the head of the fielder in cover, Hashim Amla thought the ball would go for a boundary. Unfortunately for him, it landed before the boundary line and it just stopped. An embarrassed Amla started running only after realizing this. He was laughing at himself after the incident!
