For a bowler, there's no sensation quite like setting records and bolstering their team's success. This was vividly evident in the clash between the Rajasthan Royals and Mumbai Indians, where Yuzvendra Chahal etched his name in IPL history by becoming the first to 200 wickets in the tournament.

‌Rajasthan's fortune took a turn for the better after losing the toss, as Mumbai Indians chose to bat first. Their early breakthrough came when Rohit Sharma fell in the opening over. The woes continued for Mumbai as they lost Ishan Kishan and Suryakumar Yadav within the powerplay. Despite Mohammad Nabi and Tilak Varma stabilizing the innings with a 32-run partnership, Rajasthan's spin maestro Yuzvendra Chahal dismissed Nabi and simultaneously claimed the title of the highest wicket-taker in IPL history.

In the eighth over, the 33-year-old Chahal delivered a classic leg spin targeting the middle and leg stump which Nabi attempted to flick it away only to mistime the shot. Chahal calmly moved to his left to grab the straightforward catch. His elation was palpable as he celebrated becoming the first bowler to reach 200 wickets in IPL history. The entire Rajasthan team joined in, rushing to congratulate him on this remarkable achievement.

The Twitterverse quickly took to social media to congratulate Chahal on his feat.
